How it started
The Challenge
Starting from zero
No CRM, no pipeline stages, no structured outreach. The team had commercial ambition but every sales activity depended on individual effort. Without a shared system, nothing was repeatable and nothing was measurable.
No shared playbook between SDRs and AMs
Nobody had agreed on what a qualified lead looked like, when handoff should happen, or how deals should progress through the funnel. SDRs and Account Managers operated independently instead of as a connected revenue team.
Missing tooling stack for prospecting and deal flow
Strong product, motivated team, zero infrastructure to bring it to market in a structured, scalable way.
What we built
We designed and implemented Talpro's full revenue infrastructure: pipeline architecture, CRM configuration, connected tooling, and team playbook.
Pipeline Structure & CRM Configuration

Structured SDR workflow: find leads, qualify them, document everything in the CRM before handoff to Account Managers
Automation rules to eliminate manual data entry, trigger follow-up tasks, and keep deals moving without constant supervision
Revenue Process Alignment
Aligned the entire revenue process to how Pipedrive natively works, so the team operates with the system instead of around it
Full sales playbook documented inside Pipedrive, making new hire onboarding systematic instead of ad hoc
Pipedrive Insights dashboards giving leadership real-time visibility into SDR activity, pipeline health, and conversion rates
