How does your pricing work?
You get a clear starting price per user band upfront. We scope your situation, then confirm the exact price before anything starts. The band depends on your number of users, since more users means more setup, rights, training and data. Add-ons follow your actual scope. No hourly surprises.
Are Pipedrive licence costs included?
No. The implementation price is our work. Pipedrive licences are billed by Pipedrive and run from €14 to €79 per user per month. As a Platinum Partner we often get you 10 to 20% off and bundle it with your project.
We are a larger organization. Does this still fit?
Yes. Scale and Enterprise are built for teams up to 50 users, with role based rights, SSO guidance and multi source migration. Above 50 users or multi entity setups we scope Enterprise+ with you first, then quote.
Is training included?
Always. Every package includes hands on training and documentation so your team works independently with what we build. Hypercare runs from 14 to 60 days depending on your package.
Can you work with our existing setup?
Absolutely. We start from what you have and make it work. We do not rip and replace for the sake of it.
