For us Apollo is the data source, not the executor. We use Apollo to find and enrich the right accounts and contacts, and push that data via Make into Pipedrive so the CRM stays current. From Pipedrive we then trigger outreach via Instantly or LinkedIn. We never use Apollo as a standalone outreach tool, because it blurs the separation between data and execution.
