How long does a full RevOps implementation take for a B2B company?
A full implementation typically takes 7 to 11 weeks from kickoff to go-live. The audit and blueprint phases together run about three weeks, the implementation itself is four to eight weeks depending on complexity, and then the optimisation phase continues monthly. For scale-ups with a clean baseline this can move faster, while companies with multiple legacy tools and a lot of historical data take longer. We always work in fixed phases with clear deliverables, so you never pay for an open-ended engagement.
Do you work with companies outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we work with B2B companies across Europe. Most engagements are run remotely with weekly working sessions over video, and we visit on-site for kickoff and key milestones if needed. Our team operates in English and Dutch, and the Pipedrive, Make.com, and Apollo.io stack we implement is fully cloud-based, so geography is not a constraint. Roughly a third of our active clients sit outside the Netherlands today, mainly in Belgium, Germany, and the UK.
