Asana Solutions Partner

From closed deal to running project

Sales signs and that is when the work starts. We set Asana up and connect it to Pipedrive, so nobody retypes what the deal already says.

We have done 150+ CRM implementations and keep seeing the same thing. The pipeline works, reporting adds up, and then the contract is signed. From there the project lives in someone's head and in a folder of attachments.

Asana is where that work stays visible. And because it hangs off Pipedrive, a project starts from what the deal agreed instead of what someone still remembers.

Closing a deal is not the end of the process. It is the start of delivery.

    Why we went into this

    Handover is where it leaks

We have done 150+ CRM implementations and we keep seeing the same thing. The sales process works, the pipeline is clean, reporting adds up. Then the contract is signed and everything falls back to an email with attachments and someone holding it in their head. So:

the client hears nothing for two weeks
promises from the sales call go missing
nobody knows who owns the next step
and you find out it went wrong when the client calls

Put delivery in the same system as the promises, and you stop chasing people to find out where something stands.

    What we set up

    The bridge to Pipedrive

Deal marked won, project created in Asana. Scope, contact and agreed dates come along, so nobody retypes them.

A template per type of work

A four week implementation needs different steps than an audit. Each template has its own tasks, owners and lead times.

    Portfolios for whoever is watching

One screen with every running project, its status and where it is stuck. Without anyone writing a weekly update for it.

Fields you can actually read back

Hours, phase, risk and client as real fields instead of loose notes. Otherwise it is useless six months from now.

What we do not do with Asana

    No pipeline in Asana

Deals belong in your CRM. Asana is for the work after that.

No sixty task template just because we can

Nobody ticks that off. You are back on email within a month.

No setup before we know how you deliver

Otherwise we rebuild somebody else's process.

And honestly: if two people deliver three projects at a time, Asana is too heavy. A list in Pipedrive covers it. This pays off once several people work on different projects at once and you lose track of who is where.

    Frequently asked

Why an Asana partnership when you do Pipedrive?

Because it does not stop at a closed deal. We have been an Asana Solutions Partner since 2026 and we run our own delivery in it, so we do not build anything we do not use ourselves. The Pipedrive connection is the point: sales and delivery in one chain instead of two islands with an email in between.
