What it does
An implementation usually ends at handover. After that everyone drifts back to their own way of working, deals stall in a stage, and the manager only notices when the forecast stops adding up.
Surge Adopt keeps the agreement visible where the work happens. A checklist shows what is still open, a walkthrough points at the right field and explains why it matters, and administrators change that content themselves without shipping a new version.
