The Milestone
Sales Surge has reached Pipedrive Platinum Partner status. Platinum is the highest tier in Pipedrive's solution provider program, and the cohort is small by design: we are one of only 28 Platinum partners worldwide.
We crossed the line within 9 months of founding the company, having passed Gold within the first 12 months, on the back of 150+ implementations. The angle is not how fast we grew. The angle is what Platinum proves.
Speed at this tier is a byproduct, not a headline. You cannot accelerate Platinum with marketing spend. The tier moves only when implementations land, clients stay satisfied, and certifications are kept current.
What Platinum Is Earned On
Tier is earned, not bought. The real criteria:
Passing Pipedrive's technical certification exams across the product
Onboarding a minimum number of clients per year, sustained over time
Maintaining client satisfaction (CSAT) scores above the published threshold
Continuous product training as Pipedrive ships new features
Miss any one of these and the tier drops. That is the point. Platinum is a live signal of delivery and satisfaction, not a one-off award.
